First News is a weekly newspaper for 7-14 year olds. As a home educator, you can subscribe to First News and have access to our weekly resources for Key Stages 2-3 (P4-S2) in a range of different packages.

First News makes reading exciting, relevant and fun for all. It has been shown to lead to deeper thinking, stronger debate and real improvement in literacy skills. Our weekly reading activities accompany the newspaper and are a great way for children in Key Stages 2-3 (P4-S2) to make literacy relevant and exciting.
