What is the iHub?
Our interactive reading activities are accessed from a computer or tablet. The activities are based on the week’s news stories and develop children’s understanding of the world and develop reading comprehension skills. With individual pupil and teacher logins, it can be used in the classroom and for homework

How many weeks does the subscription last for?
Three levels of reading activities are updated every Monday for 40 weeks of the year (during term time).
You will have access to the iHub and the full archive of reading activities for a year.

Do I get a discount when I buy the newspaper and the iHub?
Yes a discount will be applied when you select both the iHub and newspapers (print or digital).

What are the activity sheets?
Our traditional activity sheets are based on the weeks new stories and available at 3 differentiated levels. Unlike the iHub they are not interactive but are printable for teachers to distribute copies to the class. Every week you’ll have access to 9-10 new activity sheets. Activities include news comprehensions, vocabulary puzzles, polls and debates plus you’ll have access to the full back catalogue of reading activities. The newspaper is also available weekly in a PDF format.

How do I access the activity sheets?
Worksheet are available on our website for subscribing schools. All teachers in subscribing schools are entitled to download and use the activity sheets every week.

How long is the subscription?

How much do they cost?
The activity sheets are priced at £285 for the year but you get a discount depending on the number of newspapers you are taking.
